Personal preference. Frankly, for street driving I like the OE 245/265 setup just fine, and have it back on my car now, since I have no track events for a while. I know nothing about the fitment of 295 in the rear, but you would be increasing the factory stagger which, to me, seems the wrong way to go. But again, personal preference, and I don't know what you want to achieve.
