I thought the same: I was there last Fri. Had an absolute blast, love the blind corner at the top of the hill then once around it down the straight at ~ 105-110 to the next corner.
Completely agree that tracking this car gives one a whole other level of appreciation for its great balance, grip, engine and if anything the ///M fee;s safer being driven like this than everyday fast driving (leaving aside idiots on the public roads).
Tracking an M3 is THE differentiator for the crowd that says a boosted 335i is the same or better.
Hardly had to get out of 3rd for most of HHR, such a great track gear.
Will be back to HHR!
