Are you guaranteeing that if he got his own place he would get laid more than if he had an M3? He could always take it to the chicks place...
Plus, getting laid is an action based off a hormone. Hormones are temporary and pass. Where as the M3 is a desire, and everyone on this forum knows how powerful and long lasting desires are!
