Thats bullshit, if they replaced the pad and sensors they should have also examined the rotors for scoring and measured the thickness of the rotors.

If they covered the pads/sensors it would make ZERO sense for them to now say they wont cover the rotors for excessive use..nonsense

I would go to another dealer and ask them to check the condition and thickness of your rotors. They should give you documentation with the results and if they need changing, it should be covered.
