Another option is to buy a "wash book" from a local detailer and just stop by on a regular basis (for example JD AutoSalon in Winchester does them at a reasonable rate (781-771-1500))
But touchfree wash combined with some cleaning afterwards is probably your best option if you don't want to visit a detailer all the time
