They will probably be fine as far as traction goes, I'm not sure though, I do break loose really easily with my PS2s even in 2nd when it climbs into the higher rpms. I can roll to 40 then punch it and break the rear loose when it climbs rpms. The 305s will probably hold well enough.
But it also seems that most of the times that are posted for 60-130 runs are with people using lighter wheel/tire combinations and I'd like to be able to post a good a time as the next guy. Also with 1/4mi runs or 0-60 runs I could sometimes get some some wheels spin even when easing into the throttle out of the hole with the 305s when it was stock. I really won't know how the 305 toyos are going to do now with the S/C until i get them on there and run. But until I waste these PS2s I think I'm going to keep them on so I can change them out with r888s if I decide to go that route. And if I don't...I'll have an excuse to spend money on new wheels again for a second set! :P Really a win win situation. LOL
