Off topic but Nissan should have stayed in So Cal <--the country's largest car market + design studio is here + the cars come from Japan to Long Beach. Nashville is to Nissan like 'Borat' is to a rodeo
Their image: cool quirky (think surfer meets computer geek + performance oriented drive) is GONE.
They lost half their staff in the move and are losing staff by boat loads especially after those 'stay one year please' moving bonuses were up (and folks can't leave b/c they can't sell their houses). And many of their cool employees have been replaced by laid off fearful Ford/GM rejects.They are in a tail spin right now with their marketing (hint).
Obviously, I know a bit about this situation b/c I am close to the company
