There is a big difference between being hard on your brakes and abusing them on the track. The massive heat generated during track use will be apparent compared to hard brake use during driving. BMW expects to pay for your brakes once during your warranty/maintenance period, maybe twice if you are in the area of 25k at each change, but if you are tearing them up you will have issues. They will replace "normal wear and tear items" they would consider this to not be normal. This is just my opinion and maybe someone with experience can speak up, but hearing and seeing how BMW operates they are not going to replace without a fight or it will come down to how good your relationship is with your dealer.
