They are in 4 separate boxes. Each one is is roughly 24x24x12.
The wheels weigh:
Front Wheels 25.4 lbs
Rear Wheels 26.6 lbs
The tires weigh:
29 lbs rear
25 lbs front
Mounted i'm not positive of the weight. Believe it or not I don't own a scale.
