. Even Bob Barker said after every Price is Right show, "To please spay and neuter your cats and dogs". I doubt stray cats are usually spayed so killing it is doing the neighborhood a favor

My brothers next door neighbor has this fat black cat that cruises the neighborhood. Well he struts his stuff in front the big front window teasing my bro's big ass black lab. I mean this dog is 120lb and pure muscle. That cat is lucky the dogs stuck behind the window cuz that dog catches squirlls and other wild animals, that cat would be too easy.
