Just to clarify, as I didn't quite understand if you did this...
Did you re-code the car also, or did you just do the battery registration?
It sounds like this battery is almost spot-on with it's AH rating, so wouldn't you be ok to leave the coding as is? Or did your car not come with the 90AH?
