Really depends where you are in San Francisco. In a lot of residential areas, you have kids/young adults who live at home with the parents and drive around nice cars. Agreed. I sorta did the same when I was in my early 20s. At that time I already had a M3 then an M5 then a 750I and was still living at home. The BIG difference was I bought a 3 unit building and rented them all out. Worked my angles cause i didnt have a trust fund lol. Had my cake as ate it too.
