There appears to be two versions of MDM: USA and none USA. It looks like the ZCP has the none USA MDM. I recently coded my car to disable the USA MDM (i.e., enable Europe MDM) and the results are very nice
I tested my M3 at the track and my car goes sideways but without spinning out. The steering wheel is also a lot more active than before. For those that don't want to turn off traction control, disabling the USA MDM mode is the way to go
