I just spent the weekend in West LA. What a dump of a place to live now. I was there 12 years ago and it was ok but the roads are just absolute crap now. The 405 is horrid above the Southbay region and will shake your car apart North of the airport. The pot holes on the surface streets are just ridiculous. No way I'd own this car if I lived up ther still.

For the OP, the Getty museum is pretty cool and has a nice place to eat too, especially for brunch. Jose's is also amazing. It got one Michelin star. Melissa and Providence got two. Not sure if Spago or Patina got two back then.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
