Avio is pretty high up there price wise. My family used to take their cars there. If you don't want to DIY (the install is pretty easy), then a fewest places closest to west LA are Lucent on sepulveda and olympic (more of an indy shop, ask for Tom), R dream body shop on Pico and stanley (ask for Mano or Mike), or Mulholland Motorsports on Pico and Sherbourne.
