Sounds just like mine except I opted out of the I phone / Sirius / Stereo stuff and included ZCP. Also, I went with the Fox Red / Black / Black interior and fold down rear seats. You might want to take a look at the rear seat option - provides lots of utility for not much $$ and it can't be retrofitted later.
Like you, I couldn't find a local dealer interested, so used Irv in Chicago for ED w/ PCD. Pickup in Munich confirmed (6th ED over last 25 years) w/ final delivery again in SC some time later.
The really good thing is you can change any options right up until a few days before the car actually enters production - food for thought (and the ability to obsess over your choices :-)
Now the wait begins!
