For me, the first session of the day is usually a warm-up anyway ("is everything still attached?") getting ready for the second session and everything that comes after. I run the first session as normal and drop the pressure to 34 after the session ends. For the rest of the day, I just get out and drive, checking after each session until I'm sure they're stabilized.
