UPDATE:
The auto skills shop on Vogelweh wouldn't touch it but the good folk on Ramstein not only plugged it, but also have all the latest Hunter mounting and balancing gear. They were able to balance it and remove the buttload of weights the wheel had on it from the factory and now it only has 2 weights (.5-1oz total, not sure) and they didn't mar the wheel at all!
