Apparently T&C only give loaners to customers that bought their cars from them. Yes some of the sales people they have there right now are alright but the bunch they have back in 2004 are such snobs.

Never serviced @ Town & Country before, but their sales people are nice and I like the dealership itself. Autohaus sucks...theyre also pulling their loaner car program, your now going to have to pay for it! ONLY dealership I've heard of that is doing this... Go to Maranello or Toronto if your ever downtown!
