In the video below is a good example of what I was talking about. Fast forward to 2:47. I'm modulating the brakes into the corner and I downshift at 2:52. Seriously, it just takes practice and getting the muscle memory down. Trust me, I was a mess until right before that event last Sept.

yeah vibram. i have a set that i tried out once not on track and dont like it. i use those for squats and deads. works well for that.
