M3: Yes. That aspect of the CSL is a bit ricey.
Ferrari: It is difficult to call anything Ferrari "rice" but nonetheless things done 100% for looks that add nothing to performance are in this vein.
As an (ex) engineer I have a deep appreciation for the purposefulness, design flexibility and performance of composites, esp. carbon fiber composites. It always makes me grimace to see silly parts like CF door panels, Ferrari or not.
Do you really have a Ferrari and a CSL??
