E92 base MSRP is $55,945 before destination, gas guzzler, & options. ED Invoice is $51,470. Roughly a $4,500 difference. Sorry.
On the other hand, US Invoice is $55,290 and US MSRP is $60,100, so now having to pay ED MSRP is pretty close to US Invoice. You have to consider how much you want that trip to the Welt with the savings disappearing and you've still gotta pay for the trip.
