I haven't replaced mine, but my local indy shop has replaced some units that failed around 80k miles, but it was a Bay area car, where the roads are worse than where I live. realoem.com shows the prices for the units, the rest is labor I would expect, unless you have to replace the RSMs at the same time (probably recommended), or any bushings.
