I would not use any winter tire in summer/spring temps. They will wear away to nothing in no time and completely ruin the feel and performance of the car. Not to mention that they would not be safe, IMO, during any spirited driving. I guess if owned a Camry it might be something you could conceivably do but why buy an M3 and then run winter tires on it in summer... makes the money paid for te car a complete waste IMO.

The cost of dedicated winters and summers is timing only... you buy two sets but they last twice as long. I personally would not ever do this.

On the other question, 235 tires should be fine on the front but not the rears... too stretched.
