Driving into Canada is hilarious. Usually it goes something like this...

Hello sir, why are you coming to Canada?
To go moose hunting

Is this your car? Yes

How do you pay for it? With cash

Where are you going? Montreal

Do you have a hotel? We have a suite at the Sofitel.

How much money do you have with you? $9900

What do you do for a living? I'm a student

Why are you carrying so much cash? There's a casino in Montreal

Where did you get the cash? From the bank

Where did you get the cash? In America the streets are paved with gold

Then come questions about why I have traveled to lots of countries, why are there so many visas on my passport? My family is very affluent. This prompts a confused look form the border patrol, the car gets searched and then they let us in.

Coming back to the US is much easier. The border patrol asks why we went to Canada, we tell them we went to Montreal for the easy girls and cheap alcohol "It's like going to Mexico, but colder and safer...and we saw a moose". They laugh and let us in.
