Im sticking with my iPad1, but I have a feeling Apple is going to exile that device slowly like they do to all their previous generation products.
I was really excited for the new iPad, up until they reviewed it, and the 2 things I was hoping for were the 2 things the new iPad lacked: higher resolution screen and good cameras. The screen in the iPad 2 is the exact same screen as in the iPad 1. They didnt put an HD screen in to save on costs, so thats understandable but still a bummer. As for the cameras, many sites are showing their disappointment with them. I think I have a better camera on my cell phone then the new iPad does.
I dunno, I've never been a big fan of Apple products but I love the apps. But the screen and cameras are big downers for me, so I doubt I'll be getting the new one. That, and I love the case I have for mine and it wont fit the new one, haha.
