You would need a tune because E85 requires about 1/3 more fuel and uses a different AFR for stoichiometric and peak power. It could be done, but you would have to find a tuner who would be willing to make you the tune, and you would be paying for some dyno time and tuning time. I doubt ESS would warranty the result.
