No they are not ebay vents, i picked it up from Kris(vendor now) awhile back i he got it from a vendor on the forum as a package deal CF Vents and CF mirror caps.
The fitment was excellent i only took it off because the crack bug me and i painted my front lip gloss black so i got my OEM vents painted also to match.
