The car was in mint condition inside and out and it's a coupe which i believe are usually more expensive than the 4 door. PERSONALLY if it was me i would tell the seller 46.5k out the door (around 42k before tax/fees).
That i believe is a fair price for you and the seller.

Unfortunately we pay 13% tax in Canada. So 46.5K out the door would be approx 40K before taxes. I was thinking of offering 43+tax.
Any feedback from Canadian buyers if this price is fair?
