Waiting for an improvement before I pull the trigger, but I am getting mighty impatient!

I know I could finance it for about the same price, but I figure with a 24 month lease, I have an end game for whatever gas prices end up doing. I don't want to be stuck owning a 13mpg V8 if gas prices keep skyrocketing.
