The back seat in the C-class is roomier than the M3. Pushed drivers seat all the way back in the E90 and C350, and could barely fit my fist behind the seat in the M3. The C350 had more than a fist and a half. On the other hand, the adjustable bolsters on the M3 are nice, not sure if the C63 has that as an option (the C350 I saw didn't). M3 and the merc both have nice interiors, but I prefer the new Audi S5/S6 from the interior perspective (performance is another story)
