back then when I sold my 19" VS-XX it was nearly impossible to find boxes that fit a wheel/tire combo...but if you're just shipping wheels..im sure you can find some wheel companies/retailers that will give you them or sell them to you for cheap...i've had many local shops offer me boxes at the time, but sadly they didnt fit...
if you fall into the wheel/tire combo scenario..you could get some foam piece and cardboard pieces to cover the face and bottom of wheels...get some packing straps..make sure it's tight...then wrap it with those industrial clear wrap..that's what i did...and I believe a few vendors ship wheel combo's that way too
