about the foreign engines... this is something the honda crowd ignores hahaha.we get all our engines from Japan. the euro-spec (in terms of BMWs) and JDM engines produce more power so of course we want to have them in our cars over here. the nature of being a car guy.

It's all good, because the Honda J-spec engines are so similar to the USDM versions its very hard for the authorities to determine very easily, e.g. visually, that they are illegal, additionally several from the JDM crowd are just evil geniuses when it comes to passing emissions with JDM engines...
If the rules were different you would see A LOT more rb26dett swaps
