I called and I asked and they said "yes they are the same OEM sensors you would get from the dealer".

Are the sensors the same for 18s and 19s? I'm pretty sure they are but want to be 100%. I have 18s, and all the wheels it gives me for my car at tire rack are 19s. I don't want to end up with the wrong sensors.

I believe so. realoem.com does not differentiate. I added and removed some 19' bbs ch wheels to get the sensors to appear in my cart. Attached is my final order.
Ben@tirerack should be able to explain the shortage of sensors currently and 18 vs 19 question.
EDIT: Just put some sensor in my car at tirerack (added wheels, added sensors from link in car, removed wheels). See attached.
