My first thought was that this was the belts, but after installing MS underdrive pulleys and new belts it remains. I am now thinking that it could be a tensioner or something coming from the cooling fan? Once the engine is at temperature the sound is completely gone.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Its annoying loud. Dont have your speakers up too high.
