I don't have the discrete coding for your scenario i.e. rear only PDC Retrofit & No Nav.
For starters, you will have to add the VO of 507 [Rear PCD Only] to the CAS and NFRM modules. Then you may have to "Code Car" or some individual modules fo r it to ultimately work. If that statement is foreign to you go to b m w c o d i n g [dot] c o m. That's all I have.
