I would get a bottle of wax as you dry, and as you chamois dry the car you wipe the wax into the paint. I use it every wash, and then i go over it with a quick detailer (wax spray).

I only wax once a year with a special wax that lasts a year, my cousin imports this wax from Switzerland. Let me know if you would be interested
