the trick is to drink a lot of water before and after taking NO eXPLODE.
In the long run, it can give kidney stones and liver failure.
So before my trainer told me about the side effects. I used to take NO Explode everyday, now I only take it 2-3 times a week max.
By limiting the input and working hard, you actually sweat out the NO explode.
