i think its a toss up.
keep in mind tho, last time they played the giants, the giants were up 14 points (or something like that) in the second half. The pats did rally at the end and won by 2 points.

The Giants have absolutly no pressure on them, no one thought they would of come this far, and yet proved everyone wrong. The pat's on the other hand have a perfect season to defend, that cant be easy, and the added hype of it being the super bowl doesnt help.
We all know the Patriots are a hell of a team, but Dallas was a hell of team, aswell as Greenbay being a hell of a team.... and we all know how it ended.
Either way, i think it should be a great game, and if the hometown team brings home a win, i wont be complaining.
