As a former 190E 16V owner, I have to agree with the host.
For the money, the 16V is the better car. That's why I bought one.
90% of the performance, better build quality, more luxurious, and less than half the price of the M3. E30 M3 prices are absurd. If you want to go to the track, of course the M3 is faster. Otherwise, the 190E is awesome.
