My friend is thinking about purchasing a BMW E46 ///M3. He found a Black on Black 2003 E46 M3 with a 6 Speed Manual and he is thinking about getting:

'Looking at spending ~$10,000 on a $30-$40,000 used E46 ///M3 and he might even drop in a Supercharger to boost the power. I would just wondering if you guys have any suggestions / comments.
