Here's a picture of the leveling arm assembly
The mounting bracket for the leveling arm (part #11 above) mounts to the camber link (part #4 below) in the area indicated by the red circle.
See where part #10 and #5 meet in the leveling arm assembly picture. That joint is free to swivel. See in the picture how part #5 is near horizontal and part #10 is near vertical. That is the right way. It is possible to install it such that part #5 is near vertical and part #10 is near horizontal. That is the wrong way.
