Ah just saw this after PM. Be very curious if you end up going this route.
My experience with H&R was on my E36. The sports were bouncy with my Bilsteins and Race was gosh horrid. Switched to Eibach which was closer to Euro spec M3 rates and worked much better with my then Bilsteins. So I am an old puppy with preconcieved opinion based on my past experience.
Be curious which route you go. There is someone selling a set of Swift for $250. I got Eibach mine used $175 shipped. Wouldnt hurt to do a comparison back to back? I got the front only H&R bar after speaking to Turner, reading their comparison on the orange M3 they have and reading richbot's opinion (he seems to know his s**t).
