Agreed! Yes, some damage and resulting repair is always possible but the car should be repaired to like new/factory standards, especially when the car is being sold by a dealer as a new vehicle... Clearly the OP has been sold a car where this was not the case. The dealer should make it right by properly repairing/respraying the affected areas.
