So half of these are deep down accidents but the other half were so stupid and predictable that it makes you wonder how people this dumb are alive.
Either way; it's tough to choose from that list... a lot of good ones. Also, apparently 99% of the worlds population needs to learn how to fall properly so as to get hurt the least.
