Sleep is the most important thing. During my spring semester I barely gained any muscle, during the winter break I added about 30 pounds to my bench press. Maxed out on some of the machines etc because I was well rested.. Now that school started again it is a lot harder to make progress. As for legs, I just started hitting them too. I knew about the testosterone boost it gives you but I always skipped it because I hated the exercises.
