Same boat buddy, but I didn't play too much with them myself (and it was when new). I might play with the settings again once I hit 2K miles. For now, decided to leave the setting in 'normal', because it supposedly adapts to sport when needed, but I don't know for sure. The manual is very vague on its description. I certainly didn't feel any difference from comfort to normal when I switched at around 1,500 miles (1,800 now). Good day.
