No, but I'm not sure i understand what lights you are talking about.

If you're talking about the angel eyes, halo rings, aka daytime running lights, then both left and right side of the car should light up at the same time. On each side of the car, there is only 1 bulb powering both inner/outer rings, so if the inner one is not working but the outer is, then I would guess your bulb may be out of position. Once you open it up, you'll see it's hard to position that bulb correctly because the space is right; maybe your bulb simply fell out halfway if it wasn't installed correctly?

If you're talking bout the inner halogen headlights, they only light up one side at a time, when you turn the steering wheel. This is why some posters wer telling you to make sure the wheels are straight... In which case both these cornering lights should be off. Park your car I front of the wall at night and twirl the wheel, you'll be able to tell when they come on and off.
