had the software update and now the shift light setting off of the instrument cluster won't stay in the ON position. M Drive has it set as ON. After each start it loses the setting. The BMW regional tech came to look at the car and tried to reload all the software to the car and let the computer "sleep". Still not staying ON.... as of now he had to refer this back to BMW NA!
