Thanks for the info Eugene! However, this was more of a "generic" statement to alleviate any concerns people might have with one vendor manufacturing wheels for many different "wheel" companies. Basically, there is a difference between poorly and well engineered wheels, even if they are machined at the same facility.
I hope everything gets resolved for you (and your friend)!
